Subject: function-put and loaddefs.el
Date: Fri, 09 May 2014 03:16:36 -0400	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <h18uqbzajv.fsf@fencepost.gnu.org> (raw)

There's a new `function-put' in trunk which gets used in place of `put'.
It appears extensively in loaddefs.el files.
This is going to mean that any package whose loaddefs.el file is
generated with Emacs >= 24.5 is potentially going to be unusable on
Emacs < 24.5. E.g. declaring an indent property in an autoloaded
function will cause it to happen.
