This only affects people replying to Emacs bug reports earlier than #5286 (ie, before 2010) who respond by replying to an old email and forget to correct the address. The old addresses still work, but get vast amounts of spam to this today. It would be good to be able to increase their spam score and not worry about losing the (very few) valid mails that sometimes come in.
