nxhtml 1.21-080322 version can not work

I down the latest version 1.21 for nXhtml,and I remove the 1.20's
directory and unzip 1.21
when I start emacs ,the error are:
Loading /home/agile/.emacs.d/nxml/autostart.el (source)...
Nxml/Nxhtml Autostart.el loading ...

I think it is solved, but please test (the version number should be 
1.23) and report back.

PS: I will not change the red sign on the download page until someone 
has confirmed that it works ok.

It's look like it isnt solved.

Today i upgrade to version 1.27.080404.03.13.10_beta (Gentoo) and I
get this message again.

Could you also byte-compile the installed files and try again?

The message

says that you installed only the ELisp files without byte-compiling  
them, i.e., the old byte-compiled versions still exist, which are  
preferred at loading time.
