Hello -

Is emacs 23 available yet for installation via ubuntu 9.04's 'apt-get
install'? If not, is there some other way I can get it without
compiling source from savannah?

Thanks -

bw

Hi,

it is available as emacs-snapshot. For the very last version, try this
repository:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-elisp/ubuntu jaunty main
