* Recent trunk build crashes a lot under Win32

Hi,

recent builds of current Emacs trunk (GNU Emacs 23.0.60.1
(i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2008-04-14) has been crashing a lot for me
(under Windows Vista SP1). In yesterdays build I get right after
startup upon trying to open any file:
