On emacs (I'm actually using Aquamacs on OSX), clicking toolbar buttons
is handled as key presses. Unfortunately, that means that the events
generated seem to have very little information.

Is there any way to tell the following information?
   1. x-y position of the mouse when the click was made
   2. which mouse button was clicked

Thanks
