Since the deletion of enable-font-backend, the function
font_rescale_ratio (in xfaces.c) is not used anywhere, and
`face-font-rescale-alist' does not have any effect.
Should font_scale_ratio be deleted and `face-font-rescale-alist'
deprecated, or is there any intention of bringing back the feature?

I'm going to make it work again, but I have not yet figured out
where is the best place to apply the rescaling.
