Is that file still useful? Should we move it to obsolete?

I think it is ok to move to obsolete. I haven't seen anyone using
the swedish version of ISO-646 in many years.

I believe it's even considered harmful in both the swenet. and
se. hierarchies.

So, do we move it to obsolete?

I thought I did that, but I see that I moved iso-swed.el to
obsolete. Should it remain there or shall we take it back? I'll
move the correct file now :-)

No idea, but the file is from 1993 and with no much change since then.
I'll suggest leaving it in obsolete/ until someone complains ;-)

Both files appear to deal with ISO-646, so they both probably belong in
obsolete.

If the Swedish version of ISO 646 is obsolete, then iso-swed.el
must be obsolete too. So please leave iso-swed.el in obsolete
and move swedish.el there too.

Speaking of obsolete, I'd bet term/bg-mouse.el is not the newest and
shiniest of Emacs packages, as it tries to use a `mouse-map' var that
was deleted fourteen years and nine days ago, on August, 15, 1991...
:)

I guess nobody has tried running Emacs on a BitGraph terminal since
then. Perhaps none of them exist. Would you like to move that file
to obsolete?
