OK,
now I got the auto-fill-mode on.
But emacs isn`t breaking lines at 78 but 70 characters.

This is what you want most of the time because 70 characters + several
quote prefix remain < 80 in this case.
Otherwise, see `fill-column'.

There can be hooks for that file type that reset the fill-column value
