Feel free to reply directly to me as well as the list. > > TIA, Tom Roche I never had trouble with the ediff control frame on Ubuntu (never used UNR), but I've been using ediff in single frame mode for a while. You can set ediff-window-setup-function to ediff-setup-windows-plain to put the control panel as a separate window in the selected frame.
