* How can I control the location of the changelog file?

Hi,

(I am using emacs 22.1.1 on windows XP

My changelog files open in my home directory.  I would prefer them to
open in the immediate directory where the file is.  How can I control
the location of the changelog file?

Never mind.

change-log-default-name may be the way to go.
