Just did an cvs update and compiled emacs
The version I get is 23.1.50.1
However I get an error
make[1]: *** No rule to make target
`/path/to/emacs/lisp/cedet/cedet-cscope.elc', needed by
`compile-main'. Stop.

Always use `cvs update -dP', as documented in INSTALL.CVS.
(This is the first result in a search for `"No rule to make target"
cedet-cscope.elc')

Ok thanks -- forgot there's an INSTALL.CVS
I was going to say: 'Please put a line in INSTALL pointing to
INSTALL.CVS'
But I see that is also there
