It works without the '-c/-t' option on windows. I am try to manually
bisect to find where it really broke. It appears that the problem
exists even with out your change. But, I can confirm that before I
flagged emacsclient has stopped working, it was working with the '-t'
option (as I share the .bashrc between UNIX and M$ and I use it on
UNIX).
