is php mode in emacs 23?

Lennart, does emacsW23 support it? i thougt it did, but maybe it is
bundled with xhtml or something or i need to load it?

Thanks for the info.

... php is top 5 most used lang, as well as visual basic. Each one has
users probably double of Perl or Python.

It'd really benefit emacs to include them out of the box.

And it would help with a lot of confusion because, as with Python, there
are lots of versions knocking around which clash.
