What is the correct forum for reporting emacs-current (23) bugs? I see
that there are two similar mailing lists:
http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-gnu-emacs
and
http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/emacs-bug-tracker

Regards,
Jonathan.

Please use

  M-x report-emacs-bug

or the similar entry in the Help menu.

Yes, there is bug database, but I can't find a link to it on emacs
main web page:

   http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/

Could someone please add a link to it there?
