Subject: GNU Emacs under Windows 2000: .emacs file
Date: 12 Dec 2002 06:20:22 -0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <d3f86b28.0212120620.78350af6@posting.google.com> (raw)
I installed the Win2K version of GNU Emacs and
it runs fine. However I cannot find the file
.emacs or _emacs. Where is this file supposed
to be? Do I have to create it?
In Windows 2000, what is the equivalent of
the UNIX "Home" directory?
Thank you in advance,
Jaime
