Using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
emacs 26.1
When I ran aspell, this message appeared: "ispell-check-version: aspell release 0.60 or greater is required".
Does anyone know where I can get aspell 0.60 or greater?

OK, thanks.
I think there's a newer Aspell in the MSYS2 collection. But unless
you must use Aspell for some reason, I suggest to take this
opportunity to switch to Hunspell, which for many languages is a
better speller. Hunspell for Windows can be found in the MSYS2
collection or on the ezwinports site.

hunspell-1.3.2-3-w32-bin.zip

(Hunspell recommends replacing "asfasfsf" with "Izvestia". In these times, why not ...)
