Alt+Enter? then what is S? is that Ctrl +U , seems not, then how to input M-S-Ent?

S could stand for the shift key.  Just a quick guess btw.

Doesn't S mean super? Whenever I'm supposed to hit something with
 S as a modifier it means hitting the Windows key... But that's
 probably eaten by your window manager before Emacs sees it...

Super is the lowercase "s".

Yes, it's tricky. AFAIK, Windows swallows all Super keypresses, but the 
*nix window managers usually pass them through, if they don't use the 
corresponding key combinations.

Ive not even remotely cracked this, just reporting...
[Ubuntu laptop/Debian-xfce desktop]
Sometimes the win comes through as S-..., sometimes not.
