(diary-from-outlook-gnus, diary-from-outlook-rmail): Do not use
interactive-p; but rather new optional argument DONOTASK.
DONOTASK = do not ask
DONOTASK = do no task
?? :-)
Perhaps a better name would be NOCONFIRM ?

I've never understood why Emacs is so concerned with conserving hyphens
in argument names. It should be either DO-NOT-ASK or DO-NO-TASK.
And to anticipate: If the Lisp function is implemented in C, the C
variables could use underscores in place of the hyphens.
