bug#52737: 29.0.50; pgtk and StumpWM: Cannot send C-t

In StumpWM, I only see touch-end event.

I also tried in Fluxbox WM, where I see touch-end, or some time 
wheel-down events, and mouse-wheel scrolling seems to work fine. So 
apparently, this one is also restricted to StumpWM.
