Subject: bug#6197: Inconsistent naming of VC buffers
Date: Sat, 15 May 2010 20:02:26 -0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <bzocggvhm5.fsf@fencepost.gnu.org> (raw)
Package: emacs
Severity: minor
VC buffers are named inconsistently (sometimes "vc", sometimes "VC"):
emacs -Q README # file from Emacs Bazaar repository
C-x v = -> *vc-diff* buffer ("vc")
Make a change to the file
C-x v v -> *VC-log* buffer ("VC")
M-x vc-dir -> *vc-dir* buffer ("vc")
Maybe it's just the log buffer that is different.
