This is just a very minor issue that bugged me off and on for a long
time...
As the subject says, why does the insert-register command leave point
before the inserted text, rather than after, which would seem more
natural?
Today I finally got around to writing some advice for insert-register
which inverts the sense of the prefix argument, but I have trouble
understanding how the default behavior could ever have been considered
more useful.
