I cannot seem to get .emacs to turn on auto-fill-mode for default/fundamental
mode?... Please help...
This doesn't make emacs default to auto-fill-mode...
(add-hook 'fundamental-mode-hook 'turn-on-auto-fill)
Neither does this in .emacs help either....
(turn-on-auto-fill)
Nor this...
(auto-fill-mode)
For cryin' out loud! Why isn't it going on??
IT WORKS WITHIN EMACS IF I DO "M-x auto-fill-mode"!?!?!
Ahhhh!!!
Chris
