A menu initialized correctly may become corrupted after
being used:
emacs -Q ~
;;; Click left mouse on menu "Regexp"
;; choose mark %g and match something, for instance
tmp RET
;;; Click again on menu "Regexp"
;; Now menu "Regexp" menu is corrupted!
