After this commit, you will probably have to say "make bootstrap" if you
have native-compile enabled on the trunk.

Thanks for the tip. I pulled and ran the following commands on my Ubuntu 20.04:
- ./configure --with-harfbuzz --with-native-compilation
- make bootstrap
- sudo make install
I did not notice any error.

You'd think so, but I still got some test failures after doing only
that, so there's something else that needs to be deleted. But I didn't
manage to find out that.
