I suspect it is something to do with jabber-mode as I never saw that behavi= our outside of it, I also noticed font-lock-face get copied too, even tho b= oth of them are on yank-excluded-properties. Basically it looks like none o= f yank-excluded-properties gets removed when pasting via mouse yank
