([EmacsView windowWillExitFullScreen:]):
([EmacsView initFrameFromEmacs:]): Remove references to
in_fullscreen_transition.
([EmacsView toggleFullScreen:]): Remove calls to removed methods.
([EmacsView inFullScreenTransition]):
([EmacsView waitFullScreenTransition]): Remove Methods.
* src/nsterm.h (EmacsView): Remove defintions of removed methods, and
the in_fullscreen_transition variable.
