I have done it, and it did the segmenting for the source seemingly pretty well, but it didn't really understand the translation, maybe it is confused because I used org headings for the chapters and pages, so the translation does not correspond 1:1 to the source? It didn't error; it just said 0% done :-). Thanks for the help, I was able to move around as you described and it worked moslty as you advertise, seems like. If I did it from the start I guess the tool would work much better for me :-).
