I use eshell on windows emacs [version 21.2.1 (i386-msvc-nt5.0.2195) of 2002-03-19].
I want to connect to a linux machine with openssh.

I have openssh that works from dos command promt.

C:\Program Files\NetworkSimplicity\ssh>ssh linux-server
user1@slinux-server's password:xxx

But with eshell I get foll. error :

c:/Program Files/NetworkSimplicity/ssh $ ./ssh shiner
Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated because stdin is not a terminal.

Can somebody help me on this?

I want to connect to a linux machine with openssh. 2 suggestions: try posting to help-emacs-windows@gnu.org http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/help-emacs-windows which is more windows -oriented, and which deals with these issues on many platforms (though not specifically eshell--they're more oriented toward file transfer).
