I just upgraded my Cygwin emacs to
GNU Emacs 21.2.1 (i686-pc-cygwin, X toolkit) of 2003-01-23 on DRACO
and ran 'emacs --debug-init &'. Pretty much everything loads OK (I
have a too-big .emacs and .desktop), except, at the end, calendar
chokes:
> Debugger entered--Lisp error: (error "Bad data in guts of obarray")
> require(cal-menu)
> byte-code(<GARBAGE STRING OMITTED> [current-load-list
> calendar-mode-map i l global-map boundp nil make-sparse-keymap

How to fix or debug? (Please CC me as well as the list, if possible:
I'm on the digest.)
