After the release:
How about letting `minibuffer-message' use (respect) a propertized string,
so you could display color (e.g. multicolor) messages?

How about letting `minibuffer-message' use (respect) a propertized string,
so you could display color (e.g. multicolor) messages?
I see no reason why not, but minibuffer-message is not used very much
(nor should it be). So it is not worth much time.
