How to specify block quote language?

Hello,

When exporting from org to html using 

#+begin_quote
quotes
#+end_quote

it generates html code

<blockquote>
<p>
quotes
</p>
</blockquote>

Is there a way to specify the language for quoted text? For example,

#+begin_quote :lang=jp
quotes
#+end_quote

will generate 

<blockquote>
<p lang="ja">
quotes
</p>
</blockquote>

If it is not available now, would someone be interested to take it as a feature request?

You can do this instead which is already supported:

#+attr_html: :lang jp
#+begin_quote
quotes
#+end_quote

This creates:

<blockquote lang="jp">
<p>
quotes
</p>
</blockquote>
