You can't. The best you can do is M-x disassemble, and then try
to convert the result back to lisp by hand.
You can study lisp/emacs-lisp/bytecomp.el and src/bytecode.c to see
what the various bytecodes do, though you can probably guess just
from looking at a number of them.
