Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

fill-paragraph seems to have inserted one of the entries in the yank ring.
I
typed some text past the end of my fill column, did an ESC-q, and it
inserted
some stuff that I had previously killed.  Then it filled the paragraph.

fill-paragraph certainly is not supposed to yank anything.
Can you send a self-contained recipe for reproducing this problem?
