NeXTStep port: toolbar

A few issues with the toolbar:

- showing/hiding it with the frame button leads to unpleasant and  
unnecessary redraws of the whole frame content - there's a lot of  
flicker.

- the "new file" and "search" icons look weird at the top left.


Unrelated to this, there is a Credits.html file in the .app bundle  
that refers to emacs-app.sf.net and nothing else - I don't think this  
was meant to be there.

I've changed the URL to:

http://www.gnu.org/software/emacs

(This appears in the popup box when you click "Emacs | About Emacs".)

Why wouldn't this show about-emacs?
