I have a feeling that question is sarcastic. Sarcasm make the point unclear, so it leads to misunderstandings and confusion. I don't use either of those products, so I can't guess what the point was. Also, it tends to suggest hostility (even if none is actually meant). That often hurts feelings and makes the discussion acrimonious. Therefore we ask people to avoid sarcasm in our discussions.
