[[[ To any NSA and FBI agents reading my email: please consider ]]]
[[[ whether defending the US Constitution against all enemies, ]]]
[[[ foreign or domestic, requires you to follow Snowden's example. ]]]

This is a useful feature, but should it be implemented as a part of
Emacs? Is there / should there be a shell command for this?

Given a shell command for this, do we want it implemented in Emacs
too?
