"Native Linux Emacs" doesn't make sense
because you can't run Emacs "on Linux".
You can't run any application "on Linux".
Linux is not an operating system, just a kernel.
So I think you're talking about the version of Emacs
that is compiled to run on the GNU/Linux system.
