I focus criticism mainly on the programs rather than the people that develop them. As regards non-copyleft free licenses, I say they are ethically acceptible but weak. A free program under a pushover license is better than no free program at all. This is not demonization; it is praise with caveat. It is not glowing praise, but nonetheless praise. See http://gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html. See http://gnu.org/copyleft/ for more explanation of this issue. -- Dr Richard Stallman President, Free Software Foundation (gnu.org, fsf.org) Internet Hall-of-Famer (internethalloffame.org) Skype: No way!
