I am not sure what "browse twitter" means, but the words suggest only viewing messages, not sending them. Can you tweet using twittering mode? Can you send messages using twittering mode? As for registering, I'm sure its a no-no, though it shouldn't be that hard to do it with eww. Would you like to try it and see?
