    Yes.  But it is less about the difficulty of enabling that it is
    about lack of any indication that they even exist as possibilities.

Yes, exactly.  We are selective about which packages we mention
as possibilities, so we decline to indirect that to a list maintained
by someone else.

If you'd like your package to be mentioned as a possibility,
you should make arrangements to get it into the GNU ELPA.
