I believe he's suggesting that something like this:
Content-Type: image/jpeg; name="puppy.jpg"
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="puppy.jpg"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
is meaningless to almost everyone, and it would be better to show
something like this:
Image: puppy.jpg (137K)
I agree with that.
