Subject: bzr user ID
Date: Thu, 19 Aug 2010 06:13:52 -0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <E1Om288-0007W1-OO@fencepost.gnu.org> (raw)
Would people who have write permissions to the repository please
establish a user ID with a valid email address, on every machine from
which you commit changes? This is a simple matter of running the
command "bzr whoami" once on each such machine.
Without running the above command, bzr will frequently use invalid
addresses, like someone@foo, which then causes email notifications
about commits that normally go to the emacs-diffs mailing list to
require manual release from being held by mailman.
TIA
