Thank you folks!

For a single session in RMAIL in EMACS, emphasis, for a single
session, what emacs commands are there to filter all the email in
RMAIL with spamassassin headers indicating spam to a separate file
that can be checked anytime for false positives?...

So far, regrettably, the hints, tips and pointers haven't quite worked
out yet.
