Current CVS trunk compiled on GNU/Linux with:
--with-x-toolkit=athena --without-toolkit-scroll-bars
./src/emacs -Q
-> only about the top 4 lines of the scroll-bar actually has a
scroll-bar in. The rest of it is empty, and stays so.
Do you have any information about when this problem started?
