Subject: ps-print and ps-print-color-p == nil

I have emacs configured to use a blue background:
(set-face-attribute 'default nil :background "#0000AA" :foreground "#EAEAEA")

I have set ps-print-color-p to nil, in the expectation that
ps-print-buffer-with-faces would print black-on-white (the
documentation says "do not print colors"). Instead, it seems to use
the colors of the default face and prints come out white-on-dark-gray
(I don't have a color printer).

I was able to work around this by setting ps-default-fg and
ps-default-bg, but according to the documentation these variables
aren't used when ps-print-color-p is nil. So that's a related bug.
