Is anyone working on merging the trunk's multi-tty changes
into the unicode-2 branch?

As far as I know, the unicode2 branch has been synced since mtty was
merged.

The last change merged was on Aug 29, shortly before the multi-tty merge.

Would someone like to start working on merging the multi-tty changes
into unicode-2? That is the next step for the goal of merging
unicode-2 into the trunk.

I might be interested to help, but I don't how I should go about doing it.
Could you express your wishes in this area?
I'd rather do it on the Arch side, but then I'd like to make sure it's done
in a way that integrates well with the rest of the Arch merging etc...
Miles, do you have any recommendation?
Stefan

Mainly I would like someone to DTRT. I would like it to be done in a
way that results in good CVS log messages, each file with its own changes.

Indeed.
Has _any_ (non-trivial) Emacs merge ever been done that way?

Sounds daunting.
We don't absolutely need manageable, readable CVS log messages in each
file, as long as the ChangeLog files are clear.
