Running change-log-redate on a ChangeLog file which
contains strings like:
Tue Jan 9 07:20:05 WST 2007 John Darrington <john@darrington.wattle.id.au>
Changes them to
1999-11-30 WST 2007 John Darrington <john@darrington.wattle.id.au>
which is not what I expected.
