I start emacs with ecb auto activated
Once in a while when I start emacs the ecb windows go into readonly mode and
dont allow me to navigate.
I dont know what triggers this behavior.

OS: ubuntu edgy

output of emacs verison:
GNU Emacs 22.0.50.1 (i486-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.10.3) of 2006-09-20
on rothera, modified by Debian

Note that this problem is quite random and non-deterministic --happens once
every 7-10 times I start emacs.  It is not such a big deal in itself but if
it suddenly starts doing this always I'll get locked out of emacs (and into
eclipse! HELP!!)
