Subject: My data.c change
Date: Tue, 12 Dec 2006 16:45:42 -0500	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <E1GuFRW-00075H-Kz@fencepost.gnu.org> (raw)

There is some bug in the data.c change I mailed out; it causes
buffer-local bindings to go to the wrong buffers. Since I don't have
time to debug it, and the problem it fixed wasn't drastic, I just
reverted it (it was never installed in CVS). The first problem I saw
was that the mode line failed to display stars in modified buffers.

If someone else would like to debug this, that could be a good
way to learn about that part of Emacs.
